From our base in the North West of England, we supply professional movers’ packaging materials to home movers in Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside only. By limiting our area of operation, we keep our shipping costs low and pass the savings onto our customers.

Our materials are manufactured in large quantities and supplied to professional movers, self storage companies, local authorities and home movers on a daily basis. These economies of scale are reflected in our exceptionally low prices.

Having been involved in the manufacture and supply of packaging since 1979, we think you will find our experience and knowledge reflected in the pages of this website. It is our intention to make our offer clear; to detail the scale and structure of our products. To explain why they are standard removal trade materials and communicate how they are used.

When supplying industry, it is standard practise to let the customer know if products are unsuitable for particular applications. We will not behave differently when dealing with the public. View the pages of this website and discover some surprising facts.

We have supplied home movers packaging materials for many years. In that time we have never knowingly had a dissatisfied customer. In fact, two thirds of our business arrives through recommendation or repeat custom. However, should our products not meet your expectations; we guarantee you a full refund, providing our products remain unused and undamaged.

We offer same or next day delivery to home movers in Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside only. View products on our delivery van and make additional purchases if you wish. You pay only when you receive your goods.

DELIVERY

Deliveries are usually made the same or next day within one hour agreed time slots. All products arrive on our own vehicles so you can view other goods and add to your order if you choose.
Deliveries to Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside will be free of charge for order values £28.00 and over.

RETURNS

We will provide a full refund less carriage cost for any products returned within 7 days. Any returned products must be unused and undamaged. All our products are individually inspected before dispatch, however, should you find a fault we will collect and replace the item entirely at our expense.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel an order and return any goods up to seven days from receipt – See our returns policy. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights

LIABILITY

Material supplied meets the specification used by the United Kingdom’s major domestic removal companies. This statement is to verify that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to guarantee that the material is packed, handled, secured and stored in the correct manner. Box Works Packaging will not be held liable or responsible for any misuse, breakage or consequential loss once the material has been supplied to the purchaser and that it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser or any third party that they contract to guarantee correct use.

Any defect in the quality, quantity and condition of the products supplied should be notified by the customer on receipt of the goods. Box Works Packaging under no circumstances will be liable to the customer for any loss of profits, additional costs, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any defect in goods supplied. If we are liable to you for any reason, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the product concerned.

PRIVACY POLICY

Box Works Packaging does not disclose customer information to third parties. When you place an order we record your name, address, phone number and the products you purchase. This information is retained on copy receipts for the statutory period.
